Smith Brothers Stores Exeter

Smith Brothers Stores Exeter serves as a leading distribution hub for HVAC, mechanical building services, and commercial pipework solutions across Devon, Cornwall, and the wider South West. Operating from a modern 18,000+ sq ft facility at Sowton Industrial Estate, the branch is strategically located adjacent to Junction 29 of the M5 motorway, providing excellent access to Exeter’s commercial centres and key transport routes throughout the South West peninsula.

Opened in November 2023 as part of SBS’s continued nationwide expansion, the Exeter branch was established to deliver large-scale independent commercial stockholding to a region often impacted by extended supplier lead times. By bringing extensive HVAC, pipework, and mechanical services inventory closer to local contractors, SBS Exeter enables faster project turnaround, improved supply reliability, and responsive site support.

Built around the needs of mechanical contractors and commercial projects, the Exeter team combines regional expertise with the strength of a national distribution network. With a strong focus on service, availability, and project agility, SBS Exeter is equipped to support complex project schedules with dependable supply solutions and expert-backed technical support.
