Smith Brothers Stores Glasgow

Smith Brothers Stores Glasgow is a major hub for HVAC, mechanical building services, and industrial pipework distribution across Glasgow, the Central Belt, and the South of Scotland. Operating from a modern 16,500+ sq ft facility within the Clyde Gateway East Industrial Estate, the branch is strategically located just off Junction 2A of the M74 motorway and only 10 minutes from Glasgow city centre, providing outstanding logistical access to key commercial and infrastructure developments across the region.

Opened in September 2020 as SBS’s first expansion into Scotland, the Glasgow branch established a significant independent commercial supply presence at a time when the industry increasingly required dependable, resilient supply chains. Since launch, the depot has become a trusted partner for mechanical contractors, HVAC specialists, and commercial project teams throughout Scotland.

To support continued growth and increasing regional demand, the facility has recently undergone a 2,500 sq ft mezzanine expansion, significantly increasing stock capacity and improving product availability for large-scale projects. Combining extensive off-the-shelf inventory with responsive service and technical expertise, SBS Glasgow delivers the speed, reliability, and flexibility required to keep major mechanical and building services projects moving efficiently.
