Smith Brothers Stores Leeds

Smith Brothers Stores Leeds is a major regional hub for HVAC, mechanical building services, and commercial pipework solutions across West Yorkshire and the wider North of England. Originally opened in 2007 as the fifth branch in the company’s nationwide expansion, the branch relocated in 2009 to a purpose-built 22,000 sq ft premises within Quantum Business Park on Pontefract Road to support growing regional demand and increased stockholding capacity.

Strategically positioned with fast access to the M1, M62, and A639, the branch provides efficient transport links across Yorkshire and beyond while avoiding the congestion of Leeds city centre. This strong logistical positioning enables rapid trade-counter collection and dependable direct-to-site deliveries for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout the region.

Alongside its operational scale, the Leeds depot also reflects the company’s ongoing investment in sustainable infrastructure. As part of wider carbon-reduction initiatives, the facility features a major six-figure rooftop solar installation comprising more than 200 solar panels, helping support energy-efficient operations while maintaining extensive off-the-shelf product availability for regional contractors and mechanical services professionals.
